Homes by Deltona, a division of the Deltona Corporation with five communities in St. Johns County, is offering a limited-time bonus incentive program to Realtors.
The incentive includes a 3 percent commission plus escalating bonuses for contracts written on any of the Homes by Deltona communities through December 31 and closed by March 31, 2013.
A bonus of $2,000 will be awarded on the first sale, $2,500 on the second sale and $3,000 on the third and all subsequent sales during the program. This limit-time offer may not be used in conjunction with any previous bonus or incentive.
Homes by Deltona communities include Laterra Links and Isles of the World at World Golf Village, and San Savino, Portofino and Grand Ravine at St. Augustine Shores.
