Laterra adding homes

Sixteen new coach homes are under construction at Laterra Links. The homes are in the King & Bear golf course among the sixth (top), seventh and eighth holes.

Sixteen new coach homes are currently under construction in four buildings at Laterra Links with the first expected to be complete in August.

The homes at Laterra Links are priced from the mid-$300,000s and range from 2,160 to 2,783 square feet.

Construction is by Legacy Builders of North Florida, a Jacksonville-based general contractor.
