Chris Dostie of Kingsouth Construction is continuing a family legacy of quality construction that began in 1958.

Chris’ father, Richard Dostie of Richard R. Dostie, New Home Collection, was the first builder in Palencia. His grandfather, J. Rene Dostie Sr., founded Dostie Builders.

Chris started out on cleaning crews and worked his way up through every aspect of the business. He began Kingsouth Construction in 2004 and has three homes under construction in Palencia and a fourth in the Sebastian Square neighborhood.
