ICI opens Julington model

ICI Homes has opened a new model home and introduced 12 new floor plans priced from $209,900 at Plantation Grove, a gated community on Summerdown Way in Julington Creek Plantation.

Don Wilford, North Florida division president of ICI Homes, said new single-family homes range from 1,850 square feet of living space to almost 2,800 square feet.

The new Groveton model home has four bedrooms and three baths with an open floor plan with 1,935 square feet of living space priced from $216,900.
