REALTY/BUILDER CONNECTION is a tabloid size publication with five columns to a page and a modular format for advertising space. Distributed to over 10,000 licensed real estate agents/brokers, builders, developers and remodelers in Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Nassau and Putnam counties, REALTY/BUILDER CONNECTION is published 12 times annually (monthly) and utilizes an 85 line screen with spot color and four color process. Some issues feature expanded editions and inserts are available. See your sales representative for details.

Printing

Offset on 40 lb. Hi brite stock. Folded dimensions are 11" x 17". Mailed at a quarter fold of 8 ¹⁄₂" x 11". Composed on Macintosh system, using QuarkXPress. Finished art preferred on disk (with laser printout for proof); via e-mail with all supporting images and fonts (with laser printout for proof); press quality pdr. Velox and composite negative film acceptable (negatives will be retained unless return is requested).
